Meet the Team

We’re all in this together!

It is incredibly rewarding to see our clients reach their goals, from self-care, to language, to social and play, we believe in teaching skills that will lead to future success.

Our mission is to provide intensive early intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder and to help their families grow and learn together by surrounding the child with a community of support and natural motivation so that the child can participate in society independently.

Director

Penny Lathum, M. Ed., BCBA, LBA

and through my own firsthand experiences with my son and my business,
I am a big believer in its effectiveness.”

HR Generalist
Emelia Monahan

My name is Emelia and I currently live in Seattle, WA with my partner, our cats, fish, and bugs! After working as a CBT for a few years I re-joined the ESST Team as the HR representative. I have been in this role for two years and I love the balance of being around the clients while working directly with our staff every day. My daily tasks include scheduling, payroll, and staff correspondence just to scratch the surface. If you need anything unrelated to the clients, I’m your resource!

Samantha Borrero, MA, BCBA, LBA

Hello, my name is Samantha. I have been in the ABA field since 2019. I have a diverse background including: parent training, social work, and adult instruction. I received my Masters in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, in August of 2021. I have worked with clients ranging from 18 months to 21 years of age, who have had a variety of support needs. I have worked in several settings including; home, school, community, clinic, and day treatment. My passion centers around supporting individuals who require substantial behavioral support and creating a plan that will generalize their skills to parent and other stakeholders.  My programming centers around behavior reduction, skill acquisition and functional communication training. It is amazing to see children learn that their words have power, and other people are there to support their needs.

I’m dedicated to providing my clients and their families with all the support and tools needed to enable a successful, fulfilling, and independent life. Clinical Supervisor
Endalech Fuller, MA, BCBA, LBA

Hello, my name is Endalech (Endi)! I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Washington in the fields of Early Childhood and Psychology. Right before graduating in 2021 and while on the job hunt, I learned about the ABA field through a friend and applied to be a Behavior Technician. After being in this role for 6 months and observing the positive impact ABA has on the lives of children and their families, I decided to pursue the field further, and received my Master’s in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in August of 2023. After accruing the necessary hours to sit for the exam, I officially became a BCBA and received my license in November of 2024.

Since pursuing the ABA field, I have worked in a variety of settings ranging from clinics, in-home, and schools. I have experience working with clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder ranging from two-years-old to 14-years-old with and conducting parent coaching trainings. The field has provided me with the privilege of getting to work with children and families to attain life-changing skills whether it be within the areas of potty training, food tolerance and variety, functional communication, self-regulation, and social and peer interactions.
